We welcome your booking! Please call us to check that the dates you wish to book are still available.
Upon acceptance of your request, we will mark the dates as reserved. A deposit of 20% should then be made within 10 days to secure the booking. The remainder of the payment must be made no later than 8 weeks before the starting date of your holiday.
 We accept payment in Euros.
The prices listed include bed linen, electricity, water, reasonable cleaning and wood for the fireplace. There are no hidden extras.

A security (breakage) deposit of €100 will be required to be paid with the final payment. This sum will be reimbursed within 2 weeks of your departure and after a satisfactory final inspection of the property.

This home is on two levels and not suited for those with mobility difficulties or for children under 4 years of age. Also, for the comfort of all our guests there are no pets permitted.
All bedding and towels are provided but we would ask that you bring your own beach towels.
All prices are per-week.
