Equestrian

For riders, you can rent horses at Port Blanc along the coast at the Centre Equestre, or at Minihy-Treguier just 5 min. away at La Ferme du Syet. The tourism office in Treguier can give any information.

Hiking

Hiking along the many ‘randonnees’ is great fun with such a varied coastline. Besides the gorgeous seaside you can find many manoirs, standing stones and dolmans on your route. Special guides are available in all the tourist information offices as well at the local ‘Mairies’. There are hiking trails for all ages and interests. In Langoat you can hike to Castle Du to see the remnants of a Roman fort (just the raised earthworks) into La Roche over the stone bridge and up the Jaudy to the Kayak school and follow the randonnee marks up along the Jaudy past mills, farms and chateau.

Tennis

There are 2 tennis courts behind the church in Langoat for all to use, next to the soccer field.

Cycling

Cyclists can ask in the tourist information offices for a map of set cycling trails around Treguier and rental is available at the Bar les Plaisanciers in Treguier:

The French are very accepting of cyclists on the roads, It is a favourite pastime here and there are many cycling clubs.
